The Blue Smoke Stretch Selvedge is an 11 oz Japanese Selvedge denim that is so dark it appears black, but it is actually indigo dyed. The secret is a little black tint is added to the dye to give this fabric its distinctive smokey colour. This is added by the white weft peeking through the twill lines. This denim is made with 2% stretch for added comfort, without compromising durability. This fabric is crisp and rigid with that classic raw denim feel. Cut, sewn, and built in Canada with black stitching, black suede patch, and mil-spec non-reflective black metal buttons and rivets.
