Our Returns Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or any personalized items unless they arrive faulty.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Wait for authorization – Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund or exchange:
- Refunds: Will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after we approve your return
- Exchanges: Subject to availability. If your requested size/color isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund instead

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (rare with our quality-controlled European casualwear), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement.
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions), please note:
- Customs/duties fees are non-refundable
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- Return shipping times may vary by location
