All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

- Free Shipping (via EMS for orders over £50):
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Free for orders over £50

International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes, which are non-refundable if you return your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Our refined returns process ensures your satisfaction matches the quality of our garments. Please review our policy carefully:
Eligibility
- Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or any personalized items unless they arrive faulty.
How to Return
- Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- Item details (name, size, color)
- Reason for return
- Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
- Wait for authorization – Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging with all tags. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product)
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
- International customers: Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds:
- Processed to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Issued within 5-7 business days after we approve your return
- Allow additional time for your bank to process the refund
- Exchanges:
- Subject to availability
- If your requested size/color isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund instead
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (rare with our quality-controlled European casualwear), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement.
